Todays weigh in

240.5 lbs at today's weigh in. A total weight loss of 9.5 lbs so far. Not bad, losing another 1.5 lbs in the last 2 weeks, especially since I've been out of town eating out a lot, and only doing my shake for breakfast. Have been back in the habit this week though, and excited about how my body is changing.

  1. I'm curious to how many inches you have lost totally because when I saw you on Tuesday night my first reaction was...WOW! You have really thinned out! That's really great also that you were able to still loose weight even though you were travelling over the past 2 weeks. It's hard to stick to a routine when your visiting family and friends! Can't wait to hear about what they thought about your body changes.
